Work permits do not qualify. Indonesian nationals holding a valid Japan Visa Waiver Registration are also eligible. Per NIA portal notice, Vietnamese passport holders using Japan/Korea-issued visas or resident certificates as the supporting document are no longer eligible (certificates approved on/before 14 Sep 2023 remained usable). |
