Only one visa exemption scheme applies per country/territory. Eligible passport holders may enter under the visa exemption only twice within a calendar year; an extension of stay of up to 30 days may be requested from the Immigration Bureau. Travellers already in Thailand, or arriving before 15 September 2026, may stay until their permitted period expires.
